Fill out the form below so that we can ensure the piece you’re interested is (1) still available, and (2) brought to your local Blue Diamond store for viewing.
Shipping
Once we receive your order it will take 3-5 business days to ship the item(s) to your mailing address. For a quicker turnaround you can pick up your jewelry from one of our 3 locations. Please coordinate a pick-up time 24 hours in advance. All orders will be shipped via priority mail (2 business days or less from when the payment is cleared). During this time of COVID-19 signature upon delivery is not permitted. However, you will receive a tracking number once your jewelry has shipped.
Payments
Our online store accepts credit cards via PayPal. Once your payment is processed you will receive a receipt from PayPal to the email address on record. If you would like to pay with cash please select the in-store pickup option and your item will be on hold for 48 hours or until payment is received.
Warranty
Any jewelry that is purchased from Blue Diamond Jeweler is under warranty for any manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for 12 months after the date of purchase. The following conditions will not be covered: Lost items, scratches, damages caused by accident (bent ring, broken chain), abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modification (resizing or any repair work done by a third party), or normal wear and tear.
